Room of Swords: Book of Lore AVAILABLE NOW!

When I tell you this has been a journey… phew.

This project started out as just a twinkle in our eyes... a sort of place to get all of our more outlandish, cool, and weird ideas out into a kind of in-world game artifact for Room of Swords.

The Book of Lore has been in production for a few years now, all while navigating a lot of life changes. From our son starting school and all the new challenges and responsibilities that came with that, to figuring out how to keep making a living from storytelling while producing several new series at the same time.

We’ve never made anything quite like this before, and probably wouldn’t have taken the plunge without the enthusiasm and support from all of you. It started as an ambitious idea, and it turned into a much bigger undertaking than we ever anticipated.

In the end, I think we were able to wrangle everything into a format that feels true to our original vision. It's a companion piece to Room of Swords that reads like an art and narrative artifact, designed to explore the world in greater depth.

Each of its 59 pages is fully illustrated, with exclusive content that sheds new light on the hidden mechanics, systems, and lore behind the story, while still leaving space for mystery and interpretation. We’re really proud of how it came out, and hope you'll love it too!
